My first time trying thai hotpot and it is quite different to chinese hotpot but in a good way. Normally, the chinese broth is very flavorsome or spicy. But the thai hot pot stock is very plain. It was just like boiling meat and vegie in a boiling pot. BUT, the best part is their spicy sauce which is BOOM, packed with chilli, vinegar and just yum!You can dip anything with that sauce and it will make taste good. The quality of the meat are just average, not high quality.The side dishes include fried chicken wings, fried chicken skin, crackers, sushi, rice and many others. They offer you unlimited soft drinks refill, ice cream and other desserts. Very impressed by a wide range of varieties on their buffet ! Would come back here again very soon.
