[4.5/5] My go to dumpling restaurant when I want dumplings. The dumplings here are huge, cheap and contain a lot of filling. Theres a choice of boiled, steamed and pan-fried with boiled being the cheapest and pan-fried the most expensive. Even then the range is $10.80-$13.80 depending on how its cooked and the filling such as if you want a prawn filling then its more expensive. Ordered: Steamed pork, chive & prawn dumplings Pan-fried pork & chive dumplings Braised eggplant Knife sliced noodles with minced pork All were delicious and highly recommend them all. If you love eggplant then you will definitely love the braised eggplant. janicexrose.wordpress.com

Amazing place for Chinese cuisine. The portions are huge so beware before ordering. With byo, this place is always packed in the evening and usually a wait for 20-30mins to get a table. I would recommend getting here early around 6-6:30 to grab a table with much wait.I had to order the dumplings and opted for the boiled ones, they offer steamed and pan fried as well. Also, I order some steamed pork buns. The dumpling are big in size and have the perfect amount of meat stuffed in them. A plate of dumplings has around 12-14 pcs which is sufficient for two. The pork buns were a bit dry for my liking, also because I prefer BBQ buns which have a lot more flavor. Great place to grab a meal with a few drinks.

Cheap & delicious meal if you dont care about service and crammed seating. The dumplings are massive which is authentic northern Chinese style. Two people can easily share two dishes and still have leftovers. Our favourite is pork and chive, eggplant and beef and shallot. Pan fried is the most tasty but the earlier steamed and boiled versions are just as delicious. The noodles are a little bland however so I would suggest giving it a miss. Youd rather spend your calories on the fantastic dumplings. The other stir fry dishes and pancakes are good as well.Four stars because its maintained its authenticity throughout the years and sooooo very cheap.

Hard to critique anything here because the prices here are just ridiculous! We dined for 2 and were so full and satisfied just a mere $24 later. We recommend the hand made noodles!
