My must eat when Im back in Sydney. Love these hot and fluffy custard balls. Queue can be long but it clears up very fast. Just get the 18 balls which is for $5. Perfect snack to eat while walking around chinatown. No idea what exactly to describe it as although I studied baking. Its some sort like cream puff that has filling in it but yet it has a little texture more towards pillowy cake. It just leaves you to eat more while thinking what it resembles. Taste good!

I had to see what the fuss was naturally There is an amazing automated machine that spits out these tiny little puffed dough balls filled with hot oozy custard. So delicious! 1 for 35c, 3 for $1, or 18 for $5. The line does move fairly fast, its worth the wait
