Good food Japan dinning 1995.Venue: food court level on Sussex centre, Chinatown.Service: Very good, friendly and quick service, even though it was located on food court level establishment.Food & Drink:Spicy tonkatsu ramen, $10You can choose level of spiciness.Broth is light yet satisfying yummy.I am guessing that somehow egg was boil in water, soy sauce and mirin mixture, because I can taste it on the egg it self, and egg skin colour was slightly darker from soy.
