So I applied for a job here about 3 weeks ago. The interview went well, I’ve got all the skills and experience and was lead to believe I was successful. I called HR to follow up on the application. 3-4 phone calls.. No reply, on the last occasion the receptionist TRANSFERRED ME TO A GUESTS ROOM! I was so embarrassed and they didn’t even say sorry. They’ve wasted my time and should be ashamed!! Is this really how we treat each other these days?..forget my application I don’t even want to work for them seeing the level of incompetent staff who can’t even transfer a phone call properly!!..the place is dirty and run down anyway. Imagine what the hygiene is like..yuck!! Keep your job I’ve found somewhere else, learn to be professional and clean that filthy place up a bit
Location :-It’s located at the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour with a two side open street view. They have outside seating as well for those pleasant weather days. Service :-Is a hot and cold thing here. On some days, you’re spoken to pleasantly with a warm welcoming smile. Then there are days when you’re the unwanted liability in the day of the server. So I would rate it pretty average on this count. Service time is quick though. Food :-1) Veggie Burger – definitely one of the best out there. The patty is crunchy and has a great melee of vegetables like carrots and peas and so forth. The fries are brilliant. But I guess that’s the case all over place. If you have to survive, you’d better get the fries right !2) Chicken Caesar Wrap – the portion size is a bit small but does not lack in taste. The sauce is smooth and hits the right notes. Overall :-Owing to a mixed bag of experiences, I rate it 3/5 but could be rated higher on certain days ! So stop by for a quick bite when around the darling harbour / Chinatown area

This bar is in the foyer of holiday inn hotel,it’s very centrally located with darling harbour just minutes away and its in the middle of Chinatown.Ambience is great ,it also has a little outside sitting area.Foodwise everything is decent to taste nothing great to rave about except the jb,s gourmet burger.Service is excellent all in all not a bad place to be on a weekend.
This place is the ususal spot for my afternoon coffee break whenever I have trip to Sydney. I like to take my seat outside and enjoy the sunshine while watching the monorail passing by on the monorail which is sitting above my head. Since the monorail has been stopped the service, I cannot have that episode repeated but I still like to take a sit outside. I enjoy the time of peaceful but doesn’t mean that I like the food that they provided. Sorry, just coffee only!
