Even 2 stars is generous I think.It says only tonkotsu stock— yes with lots water. The flavour is very subtle. No punch at all. Very disappointed.Noodle is ramen noodle but it is actually close to Chinese noodle.Portion size is small. As the soup is thin, you can’t be satisfied after eating this.Only good side is charchu – 2 thick slice meat.I’m shocked this shop after eating good ramen shop around CBD and still serve this kind of ramen at $11.
My First reaction to the Gyoza is holy shiet it’s burned. The Gyoza was overcooked and wasn’t made with care. I tried the Ramen as well, it wasn’t that great. The best part of the Ramen was the noodles and pork. The broth is watered down which let me down.The staff was not friendly, there was no smile. She stared at you with an angry face and feels like she doesn’t want to be there. The staff doesn’t clean the table which is weird and unhygienic and I didn’t feel welcomed at all.Would not recommend to dine here.
