Have never heard of Lanzhou Beef noodles before. Aside from the fact the noodles are hand made, I don’t know much about what the specialties of the dish are. Regardless the noodle itself was nice & very smooth & there’s no cut. The broth of the classic noodle was pretty plain, needed to add some chilli sauce for flavours. The braised beef noodles fared better. The tofu side were cold & hard, not particularly appetising.
