Just after lunch Saturday afternoon, the place was surprisingly quiet. Was expecting a bit of a queue for tables given all the hype, so a bonus for us. Pretty everything on the menu are either Matcha or Houjicha based. And they do use very good quality matcha base, good strong flavour hit, but not overly bitter or too sweet to offset. Quite enjoyed my animitsu which had a bit of everything. The matcha wasabi nori fries were very moorish & a good serving size. The only downside I could think of is the lack of any non-matcha choices for friends who not that into matcha that get dragged along.
