Delicious and fulfilling tarts. The flavours are rich, but not overly sweet or creamy. A really good balance in flavour. The Matcha and the chocolate flavors are fragrant and a massive MUST TRY! Service was also very friendly.

Living in Haymarket is like living in foodie paradise. Today, we came down for Pablo, which are so hype these days by their matcha tart. Quickly grabbed an original tart and matcha tart to try. The original was crunchy, abit buttery and light cheesy. In order hand, the matcha tart was on point, but the base i reckon was abit harder to bite. To me Pablo is ok , and I prefer Hokkaido tart tho. Peace

Original and the matcha flavour are the best ! So much better then uncle tetsu and all the others. Not too sweet and have intense flavour. Cant stop eating them. The big matcha tart also have mochi and red bean paste in it. What a lovely combination

I absolutely love Japanese cheese tarts! I first sampled Pablo on a trip to Japan, and loved it so much that I returned the next day to try some of their other flavours. Pablo Sydney did not disappoint. In my opinion they make the best Japanese cheese tarts. I opted to takeaway the original and matcha mini cheese tarts. Both were delicious and creamy. Of the two flavours, my fave was the matcha. Overall I rate Pablo out of 5. Now, if only they would open a store in Melbourne!

I wish we had a Pablo in Melbourne. Its originally from Japan and I remember the first time eating it there and it was sooooo bloody good. I was so excited when I heard that they were opening one in Australia. My favourite is the original cheese one. The matcha one is nice as well. The chocolate tart has an intense chocolate flavour, but not too sickening. I love the gooey centre and if youre going to bring it home remember to microwave it a little! Its a lot more better than Hokkaido cheese tart. Perfect dessert for someone who doesnt want anything too sweet. Yum!
