Located in the busy area of George street, very close from World Square, this place is one of my favourite places to have a tea party. They have many types of tea that you can enjoy with some add ons. Several types of good-looking cakes are also available (I might try next time). The decor is lovely and their green and flowery walls are perfect for photo background. As for the drinks, everything Ive had was awesome! The cold brew Palette Fruit Tea has natural, fruit infused flavours. Perfect if you want something healthy. Tastewise might be bland for some people, but the whole idea is to enjoy the tea in natural form.I also love Watermelon, Chia Seed Oolong Tea and Strawberry, Watermelon Jasmine Tea w/ Cheese Foam.My favourites of all:Burnt Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Uji Matcha w/ Brulee and Cheese Foam. Absolutely divine! Perfect drinks if youd like to indulge 🙂
| Townhall | Palette | With so many tea places that has opened up in Sydney, Ive wanted to try something unique new and refreshing! Palette has caught my eye on George street opposite World square. The menu are extensive and have some pretty fruity teas and interior was great. Being fond of the brown sugar milk tea all around, I just had to try Palettes own take on this popular drink…Strawberry and Watermelon Jasmin Tea – Listed as their top 2 drinks, I can see why. This tea is refreshing and fruity! It has an organic natural sweetness of the watermelon and strawberry, with inclusion of pulp in it. Their cheese foam in this was brilliant!.Uji Matcha w/cheese foam – Being a matcha fan, this was hit right home to me. The teas at Palette taste organic and not powdery like others. Id recommend as this isnt too sweet and hits all the boxes for me..Burnt Brown Sugar Milk Tea – Top 1 on the menu..no in fact this is number 1 for me in all of Sydney. The best bits about this milk tea is the slight burntness of the brulee sugar topping, the foam inside was beautiful, it tasted crisp, sweet and tender, and liquid itself was quite delightfully sweet and tasty. Not wanting to finish this too quick, I loved sipping on this slowly while appreciating how beautiful this tea is. Ive been told that no other tea places are able to replicate this brown milk tea the same. Its just decadent perfect. .Beautiful crafted teas in taste and design like these need to be known more out there by every tea lovers. Thank you @palette.tea.official for having us try the teas!
I passed this on the way back to the office after lunch and decided to try out their cheese milk teas, which were recommended by my friends as being on par to No Fail, but this place didn’t meet my expectations.I ordered their burnt brown sugar pearl milk tea, which is their top seller, with 50% sugar and no ice – my default selection, as I don’t like it too sweet and I prefer more liquid in my cup than ice. Unlike other milk tea stores, they don’t pass their milk teas through ice and therefore the drink wasn’t cold. The cheese topping was more cream-y froth and if you order this drink, you would probably need to request for a higher sugar percentage since it was rather bland despite the added brown sugar/brulee top. Not sure if it was intentional or not but the guy who made my drink started blow-torching the cheese top before adding the sugar on top.In the minutes to order and wait for my drink, I got multiple mosquito bites that ended up being infected for several days. Given that my visit was in the middle of the day, I’d have to question how clean their premises are.
REAL TEA + FRESH FRUIT ..: being a lover of fresh fruit and real tea bags, I was rest assured when I first stepped inside @palette.tea.official residing centrally on George St right opposite World Square, I found myself inside a beautifully decorated tea shop. The extensive menu caters for all, and I chose my 2 without hesitation! .. paletT cold brewed fruit tea: nothing more I could ask for: real tea bag + fresh fruit in a ready-to-go bottle to take anywhere! The tea was super refreshing with the array of fruit flavours and wasnt too sweet at all . sparkling grapefruit sunset: how gorgeous is that butterfly pea colour honestly Im a huge fan of grapefruit, with a real large slice inside and the pulp was a nice element of the drink. It was only slightly sweet as the grapefruit balanced this out. Also sparkling water is always a win in my books .. ..Thank you @palette.tea.official for the invite!
Beautiful cafe with a fantastic choice of drinks. The burnt brown sugar milk tea is a must. Even watching how its made was fantastic. PalletTe is located in the cbd and its worth a visit.
A fancy bubble tea site with beautiful environment and great brown sugar milk tea! I thought it would be too sweet coz it got cream, milk and brown sugar but surprisingly not at all! It tasted excellent, not too sweet and the ‘roasted’ cream was light so it won’t make people greasy. Definitely worth a try! The No.1 on the recommendation list!
Tropical Fruit Four Season : Amazing Citrus Aloe Vera Four Season : GoodGrapefruit Sunset : Amazing The line for this place is insane! Luckily service is quick. Known for their Brle Bubble Tea, you should just see them pump it out. The Tropical Tea and the Grapefruit Sunset are both instaworthy drinks and they also taste amazing. Wasnt a fan of Citrus Aloe though. I have a feeling they blended mango into it and that did not go well with the orange. Otherwise Im still keen to return for the bubble tea.
