Palsaik means eight colours, and the dish is pork belly marinated in eight flavours, including miso, red wine, garlic, chilli paste and more. The food was delicious, and the service at Palsaik Sydney was fast and friendly.
Always go here, cheaper than other Korean BBQ in the CBD. Love their 8 different flavours of pork belly combo which they include the soybean soup but the salad does not look exactly on the picture which is okay for me because I have no intention eating the salad lol. The staff will help you cook it however if it gets too busy they wont help you which is okay for me. Overall it is fulfilling and affordable.
