Chilli lemon grass chicken dish, seems wonderful when I saw the menu.Well you can see lots of slice chilies on my dish but I promised you the lemon grass give you warm feeling more than the spiciness from the chillies it self. The prawn spring roll with vege net was damn too oily for me, Sorry guys nothing right for my dinner experience!

I actually really like the food from here. I tend to get either the pho, chicken or the salads. I really like the fresh flavour combinations, with loads of herbs. The vegetarian spring roll salad is such a fabulous vegetarian option, and so so so worth the price too. The only downside is that the shop is cash only which is a bummer, but I think it’s worth the extra effort to go to the atm. Service is always friendly and treats me with a smile 🙂 theminiaturelife.com

Right beneath Chinatown is the bustling food court that always seem to be full. Even though chargrill pork patties with vermicelli, aka Obama bowl or bun cha, is famous here; we picked grilled pork banh mi or baguette. My guess is this shop caters north vietnamese cuisine, as most dishes here come from the North. Even the lady who took our order. The baguette came out warm and crispy. Even though it was nearly $8 (expensive for banh mi) what I love about it was the generous serving of meat. At the same time, I wish the rolls could have included more green, as few pickled carrots could not counteract with the overly sweetness of pork. It took away the balance component of a true banh mi, making me feel full just by look at the meat. Squeezing in the small and unhygienic looking food court is not my kind of thing, so I was feeling uncomfortable with the so many aroma and noise. But certainly this place is cheap if youre planning to save a few bucks W/ Eddy as my photographer

Foodcourt offer. The queue at Gumshara was massive, so gave them a go instead. The food took a little while to come out. The beef in my Mixed Grill Vermicelli salad was in small bits & a little dry. My friend’s Pho Bo’s noodles were a bit broken, a little annoying to eat. The broth was also bit light in flavours too. Quality & taste were ok, but nothing special to make you want to come back specifically.
