Even the chicken ramen has a thick creamy consistency, I thought it was tonkotsu for a while. Its good but also very oily. The pork is soooo amazing though.
Had spicy tonkotsu ramen with extra egg. The soup was so thick! Its almost like a gravy instead of soup, noodles didnt taste that great and very little meat was given. The egg is ok, nothing special. Food arrived pretty fast which is nice, but wouldnt come back again because I dont really like the flavour.
The tonkotsu broth is rich and heavy and I liked it but everything else seemed a bit off. The pork was more fat than meat and had a smooth gelatinous look, while the egg was tasteless and looked weird. The ramen is quite cheap but maybe thats because its in such a horrid food court, where the tables are rarely cleaned and you get plastic cutlery. I should have known something was fishy from the reviews – so many poorly-written 5 star reviews from people with only a couple of reviews to their name (and often poor English from people with very English names).
