SHIPLEY'S RESTAURANTWEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2019 Shipley's is located within the heritage listed building, Holiday inn Darling Harbour Hotel. The heritage building was once a leading Australian wool warehouse for John Bridge & Co Ltd back in the 1890s. The venue now has a modern transformation with seating capacity for 80 guests. It is a place to kick back and relax while enjoying a drink in a casual atmosphere. The bar serves up daily specials and an extensive range of Australian and international beverages. Shipley's welcomes all guests looking for a place to have a catch-up with friends, family and colleagues or just to have a cup of coffee.
