Slow service. Food came out very late. We had to leave to go to a show and asked for takeaway containers which took a further 5 mins. I had to ask the waitress in Thai for the containers again. The other claimed she forgot.
Friendly and quick service.Soft shelf crab is very good. Fresh soft shelf crabs were lightly coated in batter and deep fried. They come out golden crunchy and creamy inside. Tom yum gong was simple yet very flavourful. You can tell that they use fresh prawns, not those crunchy frozen.
REVOLTING ENTER AT OWN RISK!Possibly our worst eating experience ever (worse than 3rd world countries we’ve visited)we sat upstairs & watched male kitchen staff go to toilets wearing their food handling gloves & aprons then return to kitchen in the same gloves & aprons to prepare our food, disgusting!service was fast & friendly although we were never offered drinks and had the free tap water they delivered.We counted about 80 menu options, how they order & prep FRESH for this is beyond me and given the evidence in the food, I don’t believe they do prepare fresh.Hubby had Red Curry w’ beef off lunch menu, dry like cardboard and tasteless..I had the pork belly prik king and unfortunately couldn’t eat it, dry like cardboard had to spit it out, reflected something that had been heated several times and sat in the bain marie heat day after day.I also had Soup Tom Kha Gai, this was ordinary but edible, until I saw the kitchen guy return from the toilet still wearing his food handling gloves after holding his old fella, then go to prepare food, I wanted to vomit!Health inspectors should shut this place down.Gave feedback to waitress, she didn’t charge the pork belly & apologised for the rest. WE will never return.
Service was impeccable! The waitresses were all so lovely, and food was really nice! Not sure about all these reviews here but we couldn’t fault our experience. We will definitely be returning!
Staff was terrible. When I looked at staff they always eating something and sewing all the time they don’t look after customers and chatting . Have to ask for everything twice. Have floor staff to many but really work only a few of them. Share plate was dirty got a hair and some food stick in their. So poor service ever.
What started to be a nice night here ended up being a nightmare. Firstly the waitress would not let us move to a bigger table for three people and we were squashed into a small table even though the place was not that busy. I had no problems with my chicken laska which I found quite tasty, tender chicken and tofu. However one of my friends is a slow eater and we sat there for about an hour and a half. When it came to pay the bill the waitress was serving someone that was standing behind us in the queue. When I asked the waitress about it she said she thought we were together and then mentioned we shouldn’t of sat down and stayed there as long as we did without ordering more, which I found quite rude and asked for an apology which she did in the end. I can see why this place has a lot of negative reviews about the service but since my friend wanted to try it gave them the benefit of the doubt but won’t be coming back again.
Very crappy green curry. the food seems to be very bad in general. the restaurant staff in general gave me a bad feeling. I am not going there again.
