– Quite authentic. Its one of Sydneys closest matches of Sichuan food to the ones in China.- Generous serving size: dont order too much!- The bang bang chicken is a must try. If you are into offals, give the Mao Xue Wang a go, you dont be disappointed. Hey, everyone has their first time trying something new.- Average waiting time is 30 minutes on a busy night
Tried this restaurant for the firsr time. Taste so great and totally not spicy. Happy lunch. The restaurant gets really full at night. Lunch may be a better option if you are avoiding the crowds
Did not expect this place to be so busy on a Wednesday night. Got there at 6:40 and had to wait around 40 minutes for a table. Food came very quickly after we ordered. Worth the wait. Food was really tasty and good value for money. Will come back with a bigger group to try more dishes.
We visited this restaurant on a busy Friday night and waited over 1 hour to be seated. However, once we were seated and ordered, the food came out relatively quick. The food did not disappoint! Great authentic Sichuan food that is nicely presented and reasonably priced. The interior of this restaurant is quite nice and spacious.
This place is always busy. They serve sichuanese cuisine which basically using mala. Dont really suit my taste since I dont like mala however, i like their fried mushroom, kungpao chicken and mantao
Not the biggest fan of chinese food, but was craving something spicy. Got there around 5:30 and it wasnt super busy. Got seated straight away. Ordered the fish in oil, assorted skewers and cold noodles. Was way way way too much food for 2 people – the portion sizes are very generous for the price. Service was ok cant really expect much I guess – wait staff didnt really understand English. Otherwise, the food was really tasty. Not sure it justifies the massive queues but it is really good Sichuan food. Would go back again.
