The food is legit.I enjoyed the food here! Really authentic canton cooking. (I was feeling sick, so the congee was super comforting!) Duck and soya sauce chicken was juicy and tender, servings are generous, even the asian greens were sweet and fresh. Try to come with a few others, youll get to try more and pay less 😉
Had the Set B. But was kinda looking for something with a bit more protein, really not much for breakfast besides congee congee congee. Came congee with Cheung fun, Chinese donut. Pretty average also not that cheap. Also had a soya bean milk. Total came $14. Least I was well fed to start my day.
We went for a walk to get some super cheap Chinese food for breakfast and we came across this little restaurant in Chinatown. We ordered something to share because I wasnt feeling too hungry. We ordered, congee with wonton (sampan congee) and Chinese donut. It was very filling for such a small portion. Filled both of our tummys up. I would say its a pretty normal place. Average, standard, mediocre. Nothing special. Will I think twice about coming back, nah not really.
