The food was great! Me and my friend had a really nice hotpot experience here! Definitely order M5 Waygu beef, mint beef skewers, coriander beef balls, and rose brown sugar jelly to finish!! The price is quite standard compared to the rest of the high-quality hotpot places and the food is so yummy! We actually went to this place two times this week haha. FYI, the plating is so cute and also the moulded Line character soup base was cute and instagrammable. If you like hotpot and photos, this is the place to visit.
This is a hot pot chain from China. Aside from the normal order off the menu hotpot items, there is also prepared skewers buffet bar you can choose from and you paid by the weigh of the left over skewers at the end. Prices are not cheap, but it’s about on par with other popular Chinese hot pot places in Chinatown. The medium spicy pot with the chill oil teddy bear got way too spicy for me at the end, but the food was still good. Service was ok. The decor though left me a bit confused, there were big posters of I’m assuming actresses on the wall & then there’s a giant zebra as you walk in, none of which are relative to their name of the 5th district of pipe factory.
