Novetel Sydney has outdone itself with a new place on their Level 8 rooftop bar, The space is on pool level of the property with skyline views out in the fresh air and sunshine. Such a nice space to unwind, while out in the open air with a no fuss menu of loaded fries and wedges and their curated wine selection of white, reds and rose – much of the food photographed (see main profile) was especially just for the launch event held here. There’s potential here as its still early days, but it’s your group that turns this space into something spectacular as the furnishings are still being worked out to define the character of this space as it’s literally open concrete spaces surrounded by a concrete jungle of building, however the side courtyard full of leafy greenery is definitely going to be the favorite hotspot here…. thenextrushmagazine.com
