First heard about Wide Alley from an article on cheap eats, finally get to try it today. I had the spiced beef mince with noodles with a sour plum drink. The noodles were soft and quite good to eat, sauce was quite spicy but thought the beef mince was too crunchy and deep fried. Didn’t quite like the sour plum drink. theengineereats.com
This is definitely the most authentic Sichuan noodles in Sydney!! I can eat it every single day! I love the spicy beef noodle soup, pickled fish noodle soup and my favourite is the dry noodle with minced pork and their side dishes are sooooo good too!Yum yum! Although it’s located in the food court But their food quality is much much better than foodcourt quality even better than some restaurants 🙂
I love the wide ribbon noodles and the pickled veggies that come on the side. I always get the minced pork soup. I definitely recommend it – and if you like spice they’ll have something for you!
