It’s hard to communicate with this lady because she cannot really speak English (c’mon you are in Australia anyway ).What I love about this shop are the dumplings. Yes, that’s all lol I don’t like the broth for the combination noodles, which tasted bland to me. But the laksa saved the meal seriously! I love how creamy the broth is and the topping is generous! However, I don’t think I’ll visit this stall back With $12.50 at a food court is pretty pricey and the quality is definitely NOT up to my expectation!

Visited this ‘Won Ton Noodle’ outlet, and ordered a serving of sweet and sour fish, with fried rice, for $13.80.Just awful (please refer to attached photo). This dish tasted and smelt like it had been just heated up in the microwave. The battered coating of the fish was covered in some kind of watery residue, and the sauce was sickly sweet.Additionally, the proportion of the fish bits (compared to the fried rice) was unattractive. Such a tiny serving of rice (barely containing anything more than a few bits of scrambled egg) accompanied a rather massive plate of the fish bits. But because there was so much of it, doesn’t necessarily mean it tasted that good. And vegetable wise? Apart from the onions, I was expecting some nice pineapple & finely cut pieces of capsicum. What I got was an abundance of onions, but like one or two pieces of green capsicum (it didn’t even taste that fresh). And no pineapple pieces. Aaaargh !!!!I wanted to back to the Lady I ordered from and form a complaint, but she appeared to be very rushed, snappy & bossy. So I thought it wasn’t worth it.I even felt quite ripped knowing that she charged me an extra $2 for the plate of fried rice (as opposed to a plate of steamed rice, which would have brought down the cost back down to $11.80).Even so, with such unfriendly customer service and a poorly cooked/ presented meal, I won’t be going back. The neighboring Sussex St Food court & Eating World are a mile better (restaurant quality meals, around the $10-$15 bracket as well).Very disappointing, ‘Won Ton Noodle’ !! Kick ’em out, Dixon House (especially if you want repeat business).
