Came here for a late dinner on Thursday night. Had the black garlic shoyu tsukemen with an egg. The soup was thick and flavourful. The noodles were thick and had a nice bite to it. The egg was perfectly cooked and the chashu was nice and tender. I had the regular portion, which was probably on the smaller side compared to some of the other ramen places. The amount of toppings was pretty generous for the serving size.
One of the best ramen restaurants Ive been to. Theres a variety of all kinds of noodles with different broths and flavours. The ramen comes out hot, fresh and authentic.
Yasaka Ramen is a popular ramen restaurant, Ive tries their level 2 spicy ramen and enjoyed it. Look forward to visiting again to try other ramen.
Yasaka Ramens mantra No Ramen No Life permeates through their simple shop and soul-warming food. The noodles here are thick and wavy, and the soup is heavy with dense flavours.
I had the Kakuni Ramen which had a very generous serving of delicious slow cooked soft pork bone – it was so soft and juicy, I couldnt finish! Its a little on the pricier side for ramen ($19.80) but is unique and worth a try – just dont get any sides because this dish is super heavy!
The Corn Ramen and the Egg Ramen ($16.80) were both good, and we thought that shio was the best soup flavour out of them all.
Definitely a ramen place to hit up again and again if thick noods are your go to!
This place is famous for its ramen, chinese and seafood & the kind of service they provide is just amazing our food arrived on time and it tasted so good fully satisfied with the service and behaviour of their staff.
Standard service but ramen broth was great I ordered the egg shoyu ramen and my friend ordered the grilled chashu shoyu ramen. Portion could be a tad bit more for the price. It was quite pricey for a bowl of ramen but I guess you pay for the rich pork broth taste.
The chashu was done really well. I really like the hint of smokiness in my friend’s grilled chashu bowl. It was different 🙂 better, it did not leave us thirsty or to the point of super bloated by the end of our meal **always a plus for ramen bars**
Will definitely come back for their garlic + squid ink bowl. It looks like a superstar
Had Spicy Ramen here in lunch…. and believe me it was a good decision..
The best place to serve your japanese food cravings…
the staff is very polite here
