I’m welcoming the administration of Muffin Break as I think the Franchisee option was a big mistake. The staff have absolutely no care or anything remotely close to customer service. They made our [have in] coffees and yelled/mumbled our order behind the coffee machine to pick up at the counter. The entire shop is 10m2 and yet no-one has the decency to walk around and serve us. I would have given this place 1/5 however the Long Black was nice and strong.
The coffee here is my go-to thing. I really enjoy the chocolate they put over to make it more impressive and yummy. I generally grab this wonderful drink and go to a park or look for a bench where I can relax and enjoy the drink.
The service was always phenomenal when I used to work in this centre.I also miss coming here for breakfast and coffee everyday.This has got to be my favourite muffin break during my time at Ralph.But I will come back and visit again!
The Best Milkshake ever! I have had the Chocolate Milkshake with Hazelnut Syrup umpteen number of times, it never seems to a disappoint. They can sometimes mess up the combination and make it too sweet, but the staff is nice and will wait there for you until you’ve found your perfect drink.
