I normally judge a bakery by the quality of it’s Neenish tarts. I think this is a great way to check the authenticity, and the quality of all the rest of the items Nothing beats a good Neenish tart!Well, this place nails them, and I’ve also had a selection of other bakery items, including pies, croissants, danishes, and the like – all delicious and fresh. The base of the tart is a tasty biscuit crumble type base, and there’s a generous dollop of jam. The mock cream is not overly sickly sweet, and the half strawberry/half chocolate icing on the top is delicious.In addition to many of the hot and cold bakery items, including a selection of rolls and bread, they also serve delicious Vietnamese-style pork and chicken rolls, which are also delicious. Highly recommended!
