Always excellent food and service. Great grilled meat and fantastic dips and make sure you have some of the honey haloumi. BYO with a bottle-o right next door; what’s not to like?
Grilll Republic – Turkish Street Food In Hunter Hill very nice team, this little restaurant do the best grilled and meat platter. Well, visited friends in Hunter Hill and suggested for lunch in the restaurant/Takeaway, first time tried this place. We do not know what to eat as the cuisine, so the owner/manager who take our order his Name is Sam he told us, you guy must not know what to order. He say let me organise it for you. We are like his VVIP without need to order in the restaurant. We got the mix meat platter with side dips and breads be gave us free soft drinks. He then after servicing order people he came again and say hello to us I highly recommended his service and food. We got surprised.
I ordered the Hatay street roll (falafel, pickles, mixed greens, tomatoes and hummus on a roasted roll). The falafels were surprisingly moist and the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back!
We first tried this place through their online delivery service and we were happy with the food that we decided to try eating there the following week. The place was not too big but clean enough, the staff who took our order was friendly, and the food came out not too quick nor late despite being busy with their online delivery customers (we could see a lot of online order dockets being worked on by the guys in the kitchen). The bread was really fresh and amazing. The lamb was really tasty and easily biteable. We tried the falafel as well, but we thought the taste was different to the normal falafel (not in a bad way though). Overall, the food was reasonably priced considering the amazing taste. For less than $15, you’d definitely walk out of the restaurant with a full but not sluggish-feeling stomach.
Awesome food. Great service. Highly recommend for anyone, also BYO if you like a drink with food. Top marks. Get here! Protein is all trimmed so no fat is on the meat or chicken. If you are serious about good eating grilled republic dominates.
Great carb free options and always friendly staff. Favourite for my girlfriend and I. Definitely try the rolls and the protein packs are also excellent. The salads are great with some grilled fish from up the road.
The food here is amazing! It is Unique Turkish food and is a very good price. Since this restaurant has shown up it has become my favourite place to eat out.
