Surprisingly a hidden gem cafe in Hurstville serving up daily brekky and lunch for the locals. Their hot cakes were delicious and the matcha crepe cake are made by the shop! Food we ordered were tasty but the cafe itself was pretty slick, kind of out of place in a Chinatown hood but a need for a change. asianfoodninja.com
Good service, good food. Nice local cafe to visit without worrying about sky high prices. We got the salmon ($15) and bacon ($14) eggs benedict and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Was also topped off with pine nuts that gave it that extra texture. Definitely deserves a higher rating than 2.8!
Wow!! What a breakfast spread. So many options, cute decor and service was great! Steady stream of customers coming and going. Hit with the locals. Also serving lunch until late afternoon
The presentation of these dishes are definitely instagram friendly and is relatively cheaper compared to other cafes. We visited on a weekday but service was pretty inefficient with 1hr wait for all the dishes to come out. We ordered Breakfast Quesadillas, Shakshuka, Aai Breakfast Bowl, Pandas Egg Benny, and Fries. I loved the quesadillas and shakshuka, it was full of flavour and really filling! The aai bowl was not the usual aai flavour that Ive tasted at other cafes. I didn’t enjoy the different taste. The Red Delicious Tea was hard to drink as it was too sweet. We also wanted to order other dishes on the menu but the waitress said they didnt have pasta and salmon in stock to make the 2 other dishes we wanted to try.
The service wasnt that great and the tables were pretty close together but the food was okay its not that expensive either. Id go again.
Tbh they upload a lot fancy dish posts on ins, but we cant find them all in the menu. The vibe is nice actually. But my avocado toast feels lack of seasoning, its boring to eat something has no flavors. The burger was not bad. And the latte was a little bit sweet, but the presentation is instagram friendly. They use coffee beans from Campos, thats a good one.
Trendy cafe in the heart of Hurstville with an all day menu. Extremely friendly service and helpful staff in a gorgeous vibrant setting. Ordered the eggs bene with bacon, I couldnt get enough of the hollandaise sauce. Other orders from the table included the crispy bacon bagel and the souffl pancakes. Entire menu is well priced and there are plenty of coffee options available. When visiting, Id recommended advising you would like all orders served at the same time and allow extra time for a group. Had to wait almost 20mins between the first and last order to be served to the entire table before we could all start eating together. Cafe with great potential, great to see a cafe of this style now in Hurstville.
