Perfect food especially the marinated beef ribs and wagyu short rib meat. The source which looks like made of chilli is amazing. Highly recommend and will come back again.
Would rate 0 if I could. Dull atmosphere.-Expensive ($19 for a few pieces of squid legs). Overall, the menu was very expensive. -Service was extremely slow, the place was empty for a Saturday night, there were 2 other tables eating when we came. Waiting for over 45mins for our seafood pancake and RAW MEAT to come out to start the BBQ. -Multiple attempts to ask staff where was our food, they did not seem to understand English. Ended up cooking the onion garnish to eat from another dish because we were so hungry and with kids. Dont understand why a Korean BBQ place could take so long to bring out the main raw meat dish. – ordered a soup which had half the ingredients missing. They acknowledged it did not look like the picture on the menu and returned it back to the kitchen to add the missing ingredients. – Got fed up waiting for the BBQ meat and ended up requesting for the bill for the two dishes that came out. Then they started to frantically run around, back and forth to the kitchen, pretending they didn’t know we didn’t receive it.. DESPITE us complaining to the other staff that the food hasn’t come out yet. Ended up leaving the place ASAP (starving) and going around the corner to another restaurant which was bustling. Food came out within 10mins. I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant. Promise you will regret. So much other restaurants with better quality, lower prices and decent service. No empty restaurants will take over 45mins to bring out raw meat unless they had to skin and slaughter the animal first. Even so, that would probably take less time. 45 mins was what we had waited until we got up and left.. who knows how long it would’ve ended up being.It is now clear why this restaurant was so dead and empty for a Saturday night. Instead of leaving the restaurant with a satisfied stomach, the kids and I left with disappointment and hunger.
