Ate here 2-3 times hoping it would change my mind about the restaurant. I quite like xin jiang food but the food here tastes like you could make it at home if you spent a bit of time perfecting it. Service and atmosphere is quite average. I would of thought their skewer would be really good but i was kinda disappointed here.
I have a confession, I’m a guy that likes my meat dry rubbed, noodles chewy, bread dense and lamb. This place is a primitive looking joint with food based from the rustic North Western parts of China but it ticks all my boxes in a no nonsense manner
