Omg I hope never to be dying of thirst, because this place is a real western suburbs shocker, placed my drink order waited over 35 mins for our 2 coffees, we watched others come sit down get there drinks & food, while we now once again we’re waiting for our food, honestly when I brought it to the managers attention well well well what a poor excuse for running a cafe, his body language was beyond rude, showed NIL concerns just a rude & very unhelpful manager, never again will we go to this place, the manager needs to be put through some instore inservice on how to really LISTEN to customers concerns
Went the this morning waited 25 mins for our coffee and another 20 mins for our food spoke to the manager about the service he couldn’t even look me in the eye as we spoke terrible service
Not really had any good experience. Customer service was very ordinary. Food was blow average. Got cold coffee all the time. Not a fan of that outlet.
Great all rounder….food is presented well and tastes great. Busy atmosphere however still private if required.Service is good and fast.Nice outlook and location.Recommend to friends but not for a romantic dinner.
This Coffee Club location is always so busy but we were seated not long after arriving due to the high turnover. If you sit outside beware as the kids playground can create a lot of noise.I always order the signature iced coffee which is blended well and topped with lashings of cream. On this occasion I was feeling rather hungry so decided to order a bruschetta as well as a pulled pork burger. The pulled pork burger was dry even though it’s topped with slaw and slow cooked, perhaps it’s the grilled bun which added to the dryness. The bruschetta is decent and flavorsome.The service here isn’t the greatest because of the constant flow of customers and the prices ain’t cheap either. whatnossyate.wordpress.com
Consistently good food. I eat here quite regularly for breakfast after a run on a weekend and it’s always busy, Food can either be served in a reasonable time or take what feels like eternity. Food is slightly over-priced but the quality of the food is above average, well portioned and above all, consistent! I don’t mind coughing up a few extra dollars for this kind of service.
Great experience. Good food, great ambience, nice taste. Overall great experience.
