Cassiopeia is in a funny little stand-alone shop, tucked away from the main street of Katoomba. I’d guess it’s mostly patronised by locals, the decor is a bit haphazard, and the chairs are the same ones I sat on in high school, 35 years ago. But the coffee is stunning, and the service is warm
