Surprised. good taste. Pork dumpling is highly recommended. Potato noodles is a slightly salty but not oily or not dry, one tick. Kimchi soup with seafood gives a light and pleasant taste, extra hot which is nice in winter season. The persimmon leaf tea very mild flavour, like a dry leaf taste.
A cute little Korean restaurant located on the main strip in Katoomba. The food wasn’t great but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great but food was slightly overpriced. Not surprised given the tourist spot. The seafood bulgolgi was good but on the sweeter side. The seafood hotpot was abit bland but edible. We also ordered apricot juice and Korean lemonade which were a little on the sweet side and pretty expensive ($6 each). Overall, it was an ok lunch but the portion sizes are pretty small compared to the prices.
We went for dinner on a Tuesday night and were greeted upon walking in and shown our table. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the chicken fried rice omelette which was delicious and a very generous size. We also shared the Hankuk chicken with rice and salad which was fried Korean chicken wings with sticky honey soy sauce, cooked fresh and also delicious! We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area, 10/10
One of the best korean food I’ve ever eaten! Ordered the bibimbap, japchae and kimchi stew. Love that the bibimbap has lots of veggies and meat. Worth the money!
I got the beef bulgogi and bangeoppang, both were delicious! The staff were polite and friendly, and service was quick. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area
