Got a coffee from this cafe on Katoomba Street and there was a slight wait but all good. Had a Mocha but not as good as some of the other cafes here. It was slightly too fruity in taste for my liking. It was my personal preference though.
Great place! Super friendly staff and really helpful. One of the few places open at 7am on a Sunday. Limited food options but they’re all good. But the star of the show is the coffee: seriously the best coffee I’ve had anywhere. I was just visiting Katoomba but would consider moving there just for this coffee!

XiaoHui took me stargazing! We camped out on Narrow Neck Ridge overnight and took long exposure photos of the Milky Way! (Note: that first picture was taken by Xiaohui!). In the morning we had breakfast at The Elephant Bean in Katoomba, they have good coffee, and their beans on toast was good, but I wasn’t a fan of their sandwiches+salad. The main reason we picked The Elephant Bean was because they were the only ones open on a Sunday morning!
