Great food – pleasantly surprised. After eating in Melbourne and Sydney for the past few weeks, my wife and I have become accustomed to well prepared food. We weren’t expecting great things when we arrived in Katoomba and stopped into Three Sisters Spice, but we were both very pleasantly surprised. I had the Chicken Madras and my wife had Mango Chicken. Both dishes were prepared perfectly (well, according to our tastes) and thoroughly enjoyed! The chicken pieces were those perfect, carefully trimmed, tender white meat chunks that we have come to love at the Indian restaurants in our home town (Los Angeles). Highly recommended after a day of cave touring and bush walking!
