Found this cafe totally by accident after making a wrong turn while heading through Kempsey. Lovely staff and a pretty view. Def drop in here for brekky or a coffee. New owners are lovely people with a really friendly family vibe.
I’ve only just stumbled across this little gem of a cafe on the banks of the Macleay River. Open after 10 for brunch/lunch/dinner – the menu is fresh and the coffee great. A difficult combination to find in regional Australia of good location, good menu and good coffee – Netherby does it all honestly and well.
Netherby River Cafe. We found this place by accident, and will definitely eat there again any time we are in Kempsey. The menu was imaginative, the food delicious, the service excellent. And a nice view as well. What a delight!
