Everything you expect from a seaside pub. The place has a pleasant, relaxed, beachy feel which is perfect for any time of day. Indoor and outdoor setting. Offers your typical pub style meals and deals.
In terms of atmosphere and design, this is a standard seaside pub with decoration consisting of oars, random ropes and surfboard shaped menus, sport is displayed on multiple TVs and there are splashes of sea-blue. Sitting outside at sunset is very pleasant and the name of the pub is accurate – you won’t find sea views, but you are close enough to smell the sea.  What I did find unusual for a pub in the middle of woop-woop was that they had a menu with gluten-free marked meals marked on it.  My eyeballs and tongue almost landed on the table at the same time as this gorgeous looking whole trout was served. After replacing my eyes and tongue firming in my head, I made quick work of devouring this dish. That fish!
