This franchise is certainly a cut above the average Ogalo. The staff here are really cool and they seem to put more effort into the salads, in particular. The combo meal is a whopping $14 but includes a fair bit of salad and a drink. The chicken seemed a bit tough and not that flavoursome apart from the chili.
Hungry after a Saturday night out and needed a burger. Got the prego burger, grilled chicken on a bun, with lettuce, tomato and a huge lashing of prego sauce. It was delicious. Not in any way healthy but it was very enjoyable. There’s plenty of other burger choices, wraps and fries and basically a take away joint with seats inside too. Easy to park out front too. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
Of all the ogalos that I have visited, Kensington hands down would have the best… The chicken is always fresh and cooked on real charcoal, the burgers are super juicy and the salads crisp and fresh.
Once again, I was very disappointed! The Chili sauce looks weird, it’s dark and burnt! Definitely not made by fresh chili! The buns were burnt too! The burger was very greasy. NEVER going back again!
Alright. Ogalo is the best of the chains for sure, but there’s no excuse going to the Kensington one when the infinitely superior Ole is just a few doors down the road.
