  Food bland, overcooked. Limited menu. Staff err on the surly side, markedly friendlier to who appeared to be their regulars. The location is very convenient though, and the food was prepared quickly.

  The portion sizes are amazing for the price you pay. The food is fresh and tasty. I would 100% recommend trying their veggie burger! They don’t skimp on the halloumi like all the other restaurants (they give you two thick cut slices) and the combination of the fresh slaw, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and sweet chilli, is amazing. I only go up to Casurina once a year but I also make time to stop here. It’s just good Quality food.

  I know most of you even I never had heard of Kingscliff before as the popular destinations near this location are Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. A very quiet location just 40 minutes away from Gold Coast this place have a lot of coastlines consisting of a series of golden beaches cradled between headlands. This place is known as becoming a gourmet destination and we will show some of that in our next following restaurant review posts but let’s start with something a lot of us like, some deep fried food.

  Chips and calamari were overlooked. Grilled fish was nice. Staff were not very friendly. The lady cooking our food I noticed handled our food without gloves also.

  We saw some bad reviews before trying it out, I wish we had listened! The staff were pretty rude. The Calamari could have been a rubber band and there would have been no difference. Over cooked chips, the grilled barra was pretty good (although it had a few bones).. Won’t be going back while we’re staying here.
