My cousin and ate here for a nice relaxing Sunday night dinner. The restaurant is nicely positioned on a bustling street corner of the main street in Kingscliff. The wait staff who served us deserves a special mention (Mylee). She was full of welcoming smiles and positive comments. So, after getting comfortably seated it was down to the always fun business of perusing the menu. After much mouth watering deliberations, my cousin settled on ordering the lasagne with crispy potatoes and salad for her main meal. For my main, I ordered the veal funghi. We thought we’d go all out so we also ordered arancini balls with garlic aioli for entree, as my cousin raved above them. They did justice to her high praise. My first comment is oh my goodness!! The arancini balls were quite simply amazing. They arrived looking like small boulders (4 of them for $12) and looked a gorgeous golden brown and the taste matched the appearances and did not disappoint!. Honestly, make sure you’re super hungry if you order an entree and a main here as there portions sizes are incredibly generous. My dish arrived and I knew I would struggle to finish this dish. The crispy potatoes were divine. The rocket and tomato salad was lovely with just the right amount of dressing. The veal funghi was cooked to perfection, covered in gorgeous earthy sauteed mushrooms and drenched in a wonderfully creamy marsala sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. However, I’m not a huge eater and especially after having eaten an entree also. So, I ended up not being able to eat about a third of my meal. But, again thanks to great customer service this was no problem at all The waitress cheerily brought me a takeaway container so that I could take my left overs home to enjoy later. So, for $32 you do get an excellent meal that is packed with freshness, flavour and is huge in portion size. In terms of my cousin’s dish however, it did let the experience down somewhat. The lasagne was very dry. The lasagne came in at $20. Whilst I would definitely visit here again. I think based on the look and little tasting I had of the lasagne I would order one of the many other delectable choices on the menu. If it hadn’t been for the somewhat drier than expected lasagne, I would have rated this place a perfect score. But, I’m not one to be put off by one small thing like a dry lasagne, especially when everything else about the dining experience was so amazing. I’d be interested to read others reviews of the lasagne. Perhaps we were just missing

The staff were nice, location is good, food was not great. the fried seafood dish was far too salty and barely edible, we picked off the salty batter.  The seafood marina was soupy, not great at all

We had two excellent meals tonight, the Veal Funghi and the Greek souvlaki. Highly recommended and big portions. The friendly customer service was also great.

Wow, we finally had the food we are looking for. Something for everyone! Food, service and smiles. Nothing was too much trouble and soo delicious. We look forward to sharing it with our friends. Traditional and hard to get all the above here on the tweed and the Gold Coast in general. Thanks Sea Sea. Food was amazing.

This place is a must! The food was absolutely delicious and worth every cent. I had the crispy salmon where every bite melted in my mouth. My husband had the open souvlaki which was the perfect combination of lamb, potatoes and pita bread. We wish we were here longer to come again and try another dish. This is a place not to be missed, the food, service and restaurant ambiance was all perfect. I now get why it was busy on a Tuesday night.
