I used to pass this place when did groceries in Randwich Oriental, but never interested to visit. But rumour has it now they add Padang food menu featuring Ibu Alya (some said she made the best Padang food in Lakemba). Been so long craving for nasi padang (i used to go to Pondok Buyung) brought me here. Rice set (rice+1 veggies+ 2 meats) only $11. Cheap lah. I chose sayur nangka (taste all right and so authentic), rendang (taste good, meat very tender but i’d still prefer Pondok Buyung’s) and balado ikan (the sambal a bit salty for my liking). They also sell chicken noodles, maybe will try next time

Good place for a quick lunch or to grab a snack / ice cream, the owners are also quite nice. The prices are also quite good, $3.50 for small chips and they give you quite alot. The muffins are ok but really good for the price. ( around 1.25-2.50 I think)
