To LAKSA delight,While the new company has created amazing and fresh new stir-fry dishes however the continuous change in the classics is disappointing.I always loved coming to that shop to eat laksa at least twice a week, however the lack of spice and watery consistency has made it a disappointing item and not worth making a trip for. You should stick to original recipes and not change classics.Also you should cut back on the amount of noodles that you stuff in the bowl, it becomes to heavy and takes away from the main part of the dish which is your soup. Even when you ask for less noodles, the loud and rude Indonesian lady still gives it to you…
