My classmates and I had lunch at this place and it took about 30mins for my dish to be served. That for me is a huge NO NO! Although the chicken parma was cooked perfectly, the stand out element in my dish was the fries, as they have reminded me of KFC Philippines’ fries. I have noticed that there were more seats outside than inside. Coffee service was way faster than their food service.
For something a little bit fancier at uni, The Whitehouse is the place to go. Coffee is lovely and milk was frothed well, and good drinking temperature. It’s also $3.40 (unlike the usual $3.50). Would have liked the chicken on the Aragorn pizza to be more moist and flavourful. The wedges were nice and chunky filled with potatoey carbs. wordtography.com

I waited around the kitchen counter area asking when it would be ready, they said it won’t be long (I was 25 mins into waiting). Spoke to a gentleman waiting and he said he had waited nearly an hour for his burger. There seemed to be some disarray in the kitchen as the person plating up the food was questioning the other chefs in the kitchen on why the bottles of sauces were not labelled. Others who had ordered pizzas were served within 10 mins. When the burger was finally served the portion of chips was small in comparison to other burger and chip combos served at the same time. Very annoyed they didn’t have the decency to sort the portions out more evenly. In the end, food tasted OK but not worth the wait.
Absolutely love The Whitehouse. Always such amazing food at a reasonable price! Also if you are with friends I highly recommend getting a punchbowl, they’re absolutely delicious! Such a relaxed atmosphere great for any occasion!
Waited 40 minutes for a chicken wrap with no chicken in it. Not the first time it’s happened either!
