The food here is amazing! Their dishes are enriched in great sichuan spices and the prices for the portion of food are really affordable. They are definitely one of my favourite sichuan restaurants I’ve ever been to!!
Came in for Wednesday night dinner and we were seated on the last table available. We ordered fish fillets in chili oils and spicy fried chicken dish. These two dishes are my go to dishes at Sichuan restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised with the price of their food as these dishes usually cost more at other places. The fish fillets were only $18 as opposed to approx.$38, spicy chicken was only $16 as opposed to $20 -25 in other places. Besides the price the food tasted pretty good. I guess the fish oil wasn’t as spicy as others I have tasted but it was still great. Fish was fresh and cooked with plenty of vegetables on the broth which I liked. Fried chicken was my favorite it was so fragrant and peppery very delish! It was two of us dined on the night, they did forgot one other dish I ordered (cucumber salad) but it didn’t matter we were pretty happy with the meals. Their tea was great and rice was fresh. The total bill was $45 – usually I pay about $75 for those two dishes! It was definitely a find – I don’t think I will be traveling to China town for the Sichuan food anymore!
