Very poor service. Have tried Rio 3-4 times now to see if it improves, but unfortunately doesn’t. Waited 70 mins for delivery after told 30mins. Then it was cold. On ringing back, was told some more would be sent and I would get a call on approach. Another 40 mins passed and nothing, on ringing again, I was told they were trying to still get me a time…..I would strongly recommend Kirribilli Woodfired which is excellent and stay away from Pizza Rio.
Service is horrible. Menu differs from what they actually offer.
Completely disappointed. We were hopeful that this place would be well priced pizza and be delicious. However, the pizza had minimal flavour and was overcooked and the Gorgonzola pasta with mushrooms was 80% mushroom 15% pasta and 5% oil…. was the most tasteless thing I have ever eaten. Will never be eating there again.
Pizza ok but with great friendly service. The owner makes you feel like your part of his family.
Very average pizzas. They were way overpriced for what they are. They are comparable to Dominos or pizza hut for quality (if not worse) and more expensive. I shall not return!
Thank u pizza rio. As long my family enjoyed this restaurant i will not stop to come again service good busy and with pressure still smile on their faces prices beauty givie away genrously and they keep you happy i am not over rated i mean every word i say people try if not happy email me becz my family love it and if u are regular never stop greeting u well rio keep on good job thank u i come back for ro[io special and prawnpasta special,am sorry am not good tipper but thanks again see u in my way back from holiday.
