I did not dine in but bought lamb biryani as take away. Though it wasn’t freshly cooked, the flavors were nice. I’d definitely go there again and try the other dishes ! 🙂
One of the best places in Sydney to lap up Hyderabadi Biriyani, Tehri or anything that remotely identifies itself with Mughlai cuisine. Since I am a Biriyani fanatic I went with the obvious with Lamb Nahari & Naan as accompaniments.
My friend introduced this place to me, and to be honest I was first hesitant. But soon after my first few bites of the biyani wow it was nice. Moral of the story is not judge a place so fast 🙂
Ask for their hyderabad lamb briyani and hyderabad chicken briyani. A good sign when the lamb meat fell of the bones so easily along with some soft tendon n fatty pieces, though some meat pieces were dry as though slow cooked for too long. All forgivable because i could then dig into the bone marrow!! The chicken was similarly tender. The rice in both briyani was well infused cinnamon, clove, caraway and some other aromatic indian spices. Note to self: order chicken65 on next visit.
