Food is is tasty and well prepared. Very good value for the price they charge. Serve quantity is generous. Service is great, slow when very busy as everything is made fresh. Great food will visit again.
The Nababorsho Platter! What better way to celebrate the Bengali New Year than a full-on Bengali platter on the table. The taste was really authentic & staff extremely hospitable. Treat your culinary senses to the Chingri Bharta and finish it of with the must have desert platter. Definitely going back again.
Based on previous reviews i had read i wasn’t expecting too much… so i was pleasantly surprised!. Really nice friendly service and food. We were given good recommendations on what to order by a lovely staff member and everything except the beef kibab (my serving of this was very tough and chewy and they ran out of chips) tasted delicious and fresh. There were 8 adults and three children in our group, we all enjoyed our meals and were impressed by the flavours of each dish. Definitely try the fuchka for entree.
We just love this place! The bread was freshly made to order. We ordered the brain masala and mixed vegetables dal as per the suggestion from the restaurant staff, it was good choices! Tear a piece of bread, splatter dal on it and top with the brain masala, stuff all in. The combination is just divine. The meal was finished within 15 minutes because it was too good!
Every time i go there, i hope that this time their service will be better but i just get disappointment every time. Just because you serve good food comparing to the other bengali restaurants doesn’t mean you will make us wait for so long. Not once or twice, every time i go there, have to wait 25 minutes atleast to get my food. Food is good. I wish they will improve their service some day.
Never been to Bangladeshi restaurant before, but the slow cooked whole fish kal baush, with onions, shallots, coriander and spices is amazing!
I do love my authentic home food since i am unable to bring that taste when i cook at home. Khushboo has a nice selection of bhortas (definition: different selection of boiled vegetables or sometimes fish like shrimp mashed into a consistency with which onions, chillies and mustard oil is added that is usually eaten with steamed white rice). They do have meal deals where you can choose from a nice selection along with the usual curries. If you want a different experience with spicy food, have a go at Khushboo.
