Snappy surly taciturn service by the bossman (?) almost spoiling an enjoyable food outing in lakemba. Rest of the other establishments were so friendly and accommodating when it comes to my ignorance re middle east cuisine. With that out of the way, i must say the ‘biscuits’ (pardon my lack of proper terminology here as my queries were met with either retorts or more snapping) were pretty good. They came in various fillings such as date pistachio etc etc. The greek like baklava was not overly sweet, again multiple fillings to many to mention.
