What a good find. I’ve heard stories of how good Albaik chicken in Saudi Arabia tastes. I am not sure if this shop is related to that but it is fried chicken so I wanted to try it anyway. Absolutely loved the seasoning, the crunch, the juiciness and the tenderness. Chicken was on point. Also tried the lamb shawarma and can finally say that I’ve found my first shawarma joint in Sydney. Not doners, not gyros but authentic shawarma that I’ve eaten on the streets of Dubai. I know it still doesn’t look authentic, but the flavour was there. The seating arrangement needs some work but I will go again for sure.
