I tried this place for the first time. It will also be the last time. I ordered King Prawns Teriyaki. What I got was a splodge of overcooked vegetables plus some school prawns, almost certainly out of a can! Thay wouldn’t refund money, insisting that they were king prawns but sorry sorry about the size. Absolute rip-off.Geoff

Very average food particularly for the price. Portions for the hot food is quite small, like the bibimbap which is only 1/3 of the bowl & noodles were very ordinary and hardly filled up the plate. Sushi was fine but the rice quite bland and solid & dense.

The problem with this place is a lack of custom on the sushi train; the food goes round and round and the dishes that are meant to be hot are usually cold. More bums on seats would solve this but it doesn’t seem to be happening despite the heavy foot traffic at Norton Plaza. Otherwise it is standard Japanese fare, no better or worse than you’d find anywhere in Sydney. There are quite a few Japanese restaurants in Leichhardt now, including a rival sushi train further down Norton Street, so I don’t know if things will improve. Perhaps only go when it is crowded.

Been here a few times, not a great menu. Like all other sushi houses along Norton St they’re a blend of Japanese and Korean foods. Going for what I thought would be a safe option avoiding potentially bad seafood, my stir fried beef contained curly metal wires which had already gone into my mouth. I’d give it lower than 1.0 if the option was available.
