Fabulous restaurant located in the Fairmont Resort. I had the 7 course degustation menu and it was outstanding!!! Each dish that came out was better than the next. They were beautifully plated and tasted insanely good. The dessert was worth every bite, so make sure u save room for it. The service was unbelievable and I would highly, highly recommend this place !!!!!!
This is a good formal restaurant located within Fairmont Resort. The dinner menu offers $65 for 2 courses and $82 for 3 courses. The presentation of every dish is beautiful. The mains are quite sensational. The Chef’s Wagyu Beef served with smoked paris mash is utterly delicious. I would highly recommend to get the cheese board for dessert – the serving size is generous enough to feed 3! The assorted cheese taste amazing with artisan crackers, fresh figs and dried grapes. The service however is a bit below average, mainly because it is hard to get their attention during the course, errors on the bill and we can feel their stress level. I think they are understaffed, hence the pressure. Otherwise, it is a pleasant dining experience. weekendnotes.com
