Our family enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the Terrace as we had stayed one night at the Fairmont (2 adults, 2 young kids). Buffet offerings were plentiful and delicious in both the hot and chilled sections. It was a mid-week stay but it was busy due to a work conference. However, food was kept topped up by the staff. Only downside was that tables didn’t seem to be cleared very quickly (we wanted to sit closer to the stunning views but the tables weren’t cleared and I noticed it still wasn’t cleared when I had finished round 1 from the buffet). Regardless, there were plenty of tables, and if you weren’t near the view it meant you were closer to the food! Highlights were the juicing station (diy from a choice of apples, carrots, celery, watermelon, oranges etc) and made-to-order egg station.
